This is the only way to replace power-hungry 12v Halogen downlights. Its output is equivalent to a 40W halogen. It runs on 240v so you don't need a transformer. It has a different base to 12V downlights (called a GU10 fitting) so we also have available a retro-fit kit. The estimated life is an amazing 15,000 hours!
