Products are shipped within Australia by either Australia Post, Fastway Couriers or Star-Track Express. 

The delivery address cannot be a Post Office Box. An authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods.

Please allow seven days for delivery. Most items listed in the Solar Shop Web Shop are in stock. If there is a problem with stock, we'll contact you to let you know and to discuss other options with you.

Payment

We welcome payment by Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.

If you are not comfortable with entering your credit card details over the internet, contact us and we can arrange an alternative method of payment.

All prices on this web site are in Australian Dollars and INCLUDE GST.

Your privacy is very important to us. The information you supply to us when purchasing will not be sold to direct marketers.

Terms and Conditions

All products carry full manufacturer's warranties and, in any situation where the products fail to perform as specified, you are entitled to an exchange upon return. Goods must be returned at the customer's expense, in unmarked, original condition and packing, complete with all documentation, accessories etc. All returns and warranty repairs must be accompanied by your Sales Receipt.
